Trident Studios was a British , located at 17 recording facility in St. Anne's Court 's London district between 1968 and 1981. It was constructed in 1967 by Soho , a drummer of former 1960s group Norman Sheffield , and his brother Barry. the Hunters

Some well-known albums and singles recorded at Trident include Manfred Mann ' The Beatles (some recording was also done at White Album ) as well as their single " Abbey Road Studios ", Hey Jude 's " Elton John ", Candle in the Wind 's David Bowie , and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust 's albums Queen , Queen and Queen II . still only used four-track at the time, Trident's Abbey Road Studios eight-track machine drew Ampex on 31 July 1968 to record their single " The Beatles ". Hey Jude later said about recording the track at Trident: "Words cannot describe the pleasure of listening back to the final mix of 'Hey Jude' on four giant Tannoy speakers which dwarfed everything else in the room ..." Paul McCartney The  tracks " White Album ", " Dear Prudence ", " Honey Pie " and " Savoy Truffle " were also recorded there, and on 22 February 1969, the Beatles first recorded " Martha My Dear " for the album I Want You (She's So Heavy) . Abbey Road and John Lennon later returned with Yoko Ono to record " the Plastic Ono Band " featuring Cold Turkey on lead guitar.
